Accessibility & Feedback
Our accessibility approach
We aim to make PublicHelp readable and usable with keyboard navigation, mobile devices and assistive technologies. We are continuing to review the website and cannot yet claim that every page or interactive calculator meets a particular WCAG conformance level.
Known limitations and ongoing work
Third-party provider websites are outside our control. Some calculator controls and imported content may require further accessibility testing. We review issues as they are identified.
Request another format or report a problem
If a page, form or calculator is difficult to use, please use our Contact page and include the page URL, the difficulty encountered and your preferred way to receive information. Avoid sending sensitive health or financial details unless necessary.
Urgent help
PublicHelp is not an emergency response service. In an emergency, use the appropriate local emergency service or provider.
